Cancellations policy
Currently our terms and conditions state that any cancellation made within a 24 hour period will have to pay a 50% fee but from March this is being altered. Any cancellation made within a 24 hour period will still have to pay a 50% fee but any made within a 3 hour period or those appointments with no shows at all will be expected to pay 100%. We will also begin to take card details from clients when booking appointments into the diary.
We hope you can understand and support our small business. We rely on each and every one of you to keep The Treatment room a peaceful place for you to escape, relax and unwind.
Covid-19 – What it means for us and of course our clients. Updated 16th October
We are back open – and we are back to normal opening hours!
When can you book?
All appointments can be book now, either through our online booking system(the link is above in the picture), by calling us or email.
Minimum booking time
As we have to put extra measurements in place, the minimum booking time will be 1 hour. You can have a number of shorter appointments together, all we ask (if possible) is that your booking is a hour or longer. Thank you for understanding.
Measurements in place
I’m sure I don’t need to run over the basic safety standards with Covid-19, we have lived with these for many weeks now and I’m sure I don’t need to remind you how to wash your hands!
Anyhow on a very serious note, we will be putting everything in place to ensure the most sterile environment. As standard we always washed our hands before and after a client, all our towels were changed and washed at 60 degrees, all our tools and machines were sterilised after use. This of course will stay the same, but as well as added safety measures.
- All clients will be asked to wash their hands as they enter The Treatment room
- All clients must scan the QR code on the NHS Covid-19 App for Track & Trace
- We will all be in masks or face shields
-
Sanitisers will be in every room
- Clients will be asked to sit at distance in our waiting area
- We will wear gloves where appropriate
-
After every client will be a 15 minute turn around time to sanitise the room before the next client.
- You don’t have to wear a mask for your treatment, unless of course you want too. We will request you wear a mask in the communal areas – reception & waiting area
- We will put everything in place to still make sure you get your little bit of peace and relaxation.
