At The Treatment room, we are committed to providing a safe, respectful, and professional environment for both our clients and our team.

To ensure the comfort and wellbeing of everyone during treatments, we ask that all clients adhere to the following guidelines:

Professional Conduct:

Clients are expected to behave in an appropriate and respectful manner at all times during their appointment.

Boundaries:

Any form of inappropriate, disrespectful, or suggestive behaviour towards a therapist or any member of staff will not be tolerated.

Therapist’s Right to Terminate Treatment:

If at any time a therapist feels uncomfortable or unsafe due to a client’s behaviour, the therapist has the right to stop the treatment immediately.

Health and Wellbeing:

The health, safety, and wellbeing of our employees are of the utmost importance. Any behaviour that compromises this will result in the immediate termination of the appointment and may lead to refusal of future services.

Zero Tolerance Policy:

We operate a zero-tolerance policy for harassment, intimidation, or inappropriate conduct.
